Frogspawn in copious quantities!
Oh, sorry - you were having lunch....
Notwithstanding the weather, the Scottish variety of the European Common Frog have managed to exhibit all the appropriate spring-like behaviour. Hamish and Morag the Scottish frogs have been at it and there are now huge gollops of frogspawn in every available puddle and pond. These little black dots will all be swimming around as tadpoles in a few weeks.

Yes - I'm not getting everything out of it that I should yet though. It's a great little camera - though not so little. I got it in anticipation of my
trip to Cuba. I've got a bid in on ebay for a macro lens (the right mounts but not auto focus) which should allow me to have a lot of fun this summer. Also something to get the boy interested in and to do together.
